Your driver will arrive at your home to collect you at the time agreed in your booking confirmtion.

Upon your return journey your driver will check your flight times before they leave to ensure that they arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare to ensure that they are there ready to collect you when you actually land.

If you miss your flight please don’t worry, call us immediately on 01803 857050 (24hrs) and we will do our best re-arrange your airport transfer.  Please be aware that failure to contact us before your flight leaves will incur additional charges.

If your booking is cancelled with 15+ days notice, there will be zero charge to you.

If your booking is cancelled with 8-14 days notice, 50% of your booking total will be payable.

If your booking is cancelled with 0-7 days notice, 100% of your booking total will be payable.

At Airport Transfers Torbay we will not charge you if your flight is delayed provided you have provided us with the correct flight number.  This means that we can check your flight’s arrival time online before we reach the airport.

We will monitor your flight to ensure that we arrive at the airport as soon as possible once you get there.

Our normal policy is to arrive at the airport 20 minutes after you land, to allow you time to collect your luggage and exit the airport.

At Airport Transfers Torbay our prices are totally transparent.  All prices are inclusive of qualified, insured and fully vetted drivers; VAT; fuel and anything else included in your booking such as FREE child seat storage.
