Just arrived home after an outward journey with Lee and a return journey with Mike. From booking, to meeting the drivers, arriving at the airport and then home again was seamless. This was a brilliant experience for a group of 7 and was much better value than taking multiple vehicles to the airport. Airport transfers Torbay had excellent communication throughout making the whole journey a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Sorry for the late review, Louise took me to Bristol Airport for a very early morning flight in October,. I was travelling on my own and my circumstances weren't the best. Louise made me feel very relaxed as she knew I didnt t like flying, we chatted all the way there, she helped me with my luggage too. Awful experience for the second time, October 2019 was very late picking up from a cold windy Exeter Airport with the excuse of vehicular problems had a partial cash refund after complaining on the late return trip. Gave this firm a second chance this February but had even worse treatment for the return pick up from Exeter Airport, again cold windy and drizzle. Driver sent a txt message he was going to be late 45 minutes before the agreed pick up stating unforeseen problems and traffic! How did he know about the traffic (we monitored the opposing traffic flow on the journey back and it was clear)! The truth is the driver only left the bay when our flight arrived after monitoring the airport landing schedule. Chased the driver by phone and said 10 minutes but was even longer, my wife was petrified on the return trip as the driver was in the right hand lane coming up to the bottom of Telegraph hill, cutting up other motorist, the thought of an accident with my feet nearly trapped under the drivers seat pushed right back was alarming. Contacted the owner by email, the owner didn’t consider our complaint with any professionalism and refused to offer any refund, after a second email offered only £8.00 by bank transfer not the cash we paid, still awaiting full reimbursement and continued dialogue, for the shameful service, driving and bad management. Our advice is find a more professional organisation.

We used this company in October for our journeys from paignton to Exeter airport. Faultless service and our driver home Whos name I can’t remember? Went above and beyond for us. After a delayed flight he was there on time, to then be met by Exeter city at a stand still due to an accident. This meant we then spent 3 hours in the taxi attempting to get home. With two small children in tow the driver was so lovely and we actually all had a good laugh about the situation. Finally arriving home I ran in to make this lovely man a hot drink and snack for him to take on his way to the next customer (I’m sure he worked 14+ hours that day/night ) he even returned the flask a few days later! Excellent service. The booking person was very friendly and knowledgeable about Airport travel times. I was texted and emailed the confirmation of booking. One day before the travel, I received confirmation of the allocation of a car and driver with details of car colour, make and model, driver's name and photo. And if that wasn't enough on the day and time of my travel, I received text and email when the driver was on my way and then when they arrived at our agreed pick up point. Absolutely faultless service. I also found then substantially competitive and economical than others offering Airport transfers. I will use them again. Definitely.

Initially I thought the cost was expensive, compared to driving myself, but there were 6 adults (+ suitcases) which would have required x2 cars plus fuel plus parking and the hassle factor. Costs was approx. £30 p/h, inc. empty journeys, so quiet reasonable really...and I would use them again. Whist the journey to Bristol Airport with Steve was excellent, the return journey with Dave wasn't quite so relaxed. Whether it was something to do with it being 1.30 the morning or the fact that it was raining but we seemed to always be a little too close to the car in front and going a bit too fast. Admittedly the roads were reasonably quiet. On the plus side, Dave did stop so l could buy milk which was very much appreciated.

My youngest daughter got married on 26th May and initially 50+ guests requested transport from Churston Church to the Reception venue at Lupton House. Because Steve has always provided us with an excellent service to and from Exeter airport, I had no hesitation in asking him to provide the transport.
