Brilliant local service that are professional and friendly. An added bonus was that they were happy to store the car seats for three under 4yr olds for the week and brought them with them for our return journey home from the airport. We will definitely book again and highly recommend.

I will recommend Airport Transfers Torbay and have already! This was our second booking with Airport Transfers Torbay and was as excellent as the first. Our driver, Mike, was punctual, courteous and extremely helpful which makes the stress of getting to the airport so much less. We were kept informed every step of the way and, even though our return flight was early, Mike was still waiting for us outside the terminal. Will be booking again for December and cannot recommend Taxi Transfers Torbay highly enough. Thanks Guys👍😃

We have used Airport transfers twice and both times they were absolutely brilliant. All drivers are so friendly and helpful. We had an 8 seater for 4 adults and 2 children plus 6 suitcases and there was plenty of room. A member of our group is disabled and the drivers were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. they're always on time and always there ready and waiting. Communication is brilliant. Definitely recommend.

had an amazing experience with Julian both to London airport and from London airport, he brought us drinks provided a charger for phones and was more than happy to suggest possible upcoming stops for food and toilet breaks. very reliable and peace of mind is Guaranteed as I was provided with an email and a text with contact details for our driver in case of a delay or issues. We used them last year and were so pleased with their service we booked them for this year. I used to drive but our family is now 6. I love the fact your holiday starts from home and you have no worries about parking and the journey to the airport. I wish i had used them earlier to take the stress out of travelling to the airport. On the way home our plane was delayed. This is not a problem as Airport Transfers check the arrival times and we're still there on time waiting for us.

This was a brilliant experience for a group of 7 and was much better value than taking multiple vehicles to the airport. Awful experience for the second time, October 2019 was very late picking up from a cold windy Exeter Airport with the excuse of vehicular problems had a partial cash refund after complaining on the late return trip. Gave this firm a second chance this February but had even worse treatment for the return pick up from Exeter Airport, again cold windy and drizzle. Driver sent a txt message he was going to be late 45 minutes before the agreed pick up stating unforeseen problems and traffic! How did he know about the traffic (we monitored the opposing traffic flow on the journey back and it was clear)! The truth is the driver only left the bay when our flight arrived after monitoring the airport landing schedule. Chased the driver by phone and said 10 minutes but was even longer, my wife was petrified on the return trip as the driver was in the right hand lane coming up to the bottom of Telegraph hill, cutting up other motorist, the thought of an accident with my feet nearly trapped under the drivers seat pushed right back was alarming. Contacted the owner by email, the owner didn’t consider our complaint with any professionalism and refused to offer any refund, after a second email offered only £8.00 by bank transfer not the cash we paid, still awaiting full reimbursement and continued dialogue, for the shameful service, driving and bad management. Our advice is find a more professional organisation.

We used this company in October for our journeys from paignton to Exeter airport. Faultless service and our driver home Whos name I can’t remember? Went above and beyond for us. After a delayed flight he was there on time, to then be met by Exeter city at a stand still due to an accident. This meant we then spent 3 hours in the taxi attempting to get home. With two small children in tow the driver was so lovely and we actually all had a good laugh about the situation. Finally arriving home I ran in to make this lovely man a hot drink and snack for him to take on his way to the next customer (I’m sure he worked 14+ hours that day/night ) he even returned the flask a few days later! One day before the travel, I received confirmation of the allocation of a car and driver with details of car colour, make and model, driver's name and photo. Phone booking very straightforward and simple and email confirmation very clear. Both transfers (to and from the airport) were on time, comfortable and swift. Makes me wonder why I used to drive there myself.

Booked journey to and from Exeter Airport, both journeys excellent, on time, clean vehicle and uniformed and friendly driver. Return journey was at 02.30 and the driver still managed to find a garage open to get some milk. Thoroughly recommend.
